Korn Ferry in London is seeking a Head of Resilience & Operations Controls to lead the enterprise operational resilience strategy and governance, reporting to the Head of the Office of the COO. This is a rare opportunity to shape the resilience agenda within a leading specialty insurer.

You will own the Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework, drive DORA compliance across UK and European regimes, lead a team of three, and collaborate with Executive leadership and the Board to embed.
