The Global Solution Design team sits within Talent Transformation and is integral to Korn Ferry’s go-to-market strategy and innovation-led approach.

As Global Solution Design Director, you will lead the development of complex, market-differentiating RPO solutions, partnering with Sales and market leaders across regions to align each solution with the needs, priorities and operating context of clients and prospects.

You will bring together expertise from across RPO and the wider Korn Ferry business to shape integrated solutions that create measurable client value. Operating at the intersection of solution strategy, commercial architecture and operational design, you will ensure solutions are compelling, deliverable, scalable and financially sustainable.

This role is critical in shaping commercially competitive and operationally effective talent solutions that drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of complex, market-differentiating RPO solutions that combine innovation with client-specific requirements, optimizing people, process, technology and intelligent automation to deliver measurable value.
  • Own and drive the commercial architecture of RPO solutions in partnership with Pricing, Finance and Sales stakeholders, translating design decisions into commercial outcomes through the evaluation of resource models, productivity assumptions, technology investments, delivery strategies, profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for Solution Design, applying market insight, client priorities and emerging workforce trends to strengthen Korn Ferry’s solutions and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders and executive-level clients, bringing global RPO market expertise, facilitating complex design discussions and influencing key solution decisions.
  • Champion global Solution Design standards, governance and leading practices to improve the quality, consistency and scalability of solutions across regions.
  • Provide a Solution Design perspective during opportunity qualification and bid/no-bid reviews, assessing strategic fit, solution feasibility, commercial viability and delivery risk.
  • Engage across the end-to-end sales process, working with clients and prospects to identify and validate business needs and determine how Korn Ferry’s offerings can best address them.
  • Partner with Technology Consulting and relevant Korn Ferry experts to integrate digital products, AI-enabled capabilities, automation and appropriate technology partnerships into differentiated and operationally effective RPO solutions.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Korn Ferry’s wider capabilities and bring together relevant expertise to create integrated solutions that maximize value for clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the global Solution Design function through capability development and the sharing of leading practices.

Experience and Capabilities:

  • Significant experience designing complex, multi-country RPO solutions, ideally encompassing Total Talent or wider Talent Transformation services.
  • Deep knowledge of RPO operating models, including service delivery structures, workforce and location strategy, process design, technology enablement and governance.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and challenge pricing assumptions, resource models and business cases, and make informed financial trade-offs to develop commercially viable, scalable and sustainable RPO solutions.
  • Strong strategic and design judgement, with the ability to balance client needs, operational feasibility, commercial objectives, delivery risk and long-term scalability.
  • Credibility and confidence in engaging senior client and internal stakeholders, facilitating complex discussions and influencing decisions.
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence working across complex operational and financial data to form clear recommendations and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across global, culturally diverse and highly matrixed teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Strong programme and project leadership, with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities, competing priorities and demanding timelines.
  • Critical thinker and pragmatic problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Calm, resilient and adaptable when working under pressure and through ambiguity.
