  • A two-year, apprenticeship-style program designed to give you a structured start in Executive Search and a realistic preview of what a career could look like.
  • An accelerated onboarding experience; part practice lab, part expert-led workshop series. Learn the Executive Search tool kit.
  • Transparent and clear rotations across different markets, building a broader view of the business world and Korn Ferry.
  • Learning by doing; work on live client projects with clear support building your pride and confidence in what it takes to deliver impactful work.
  • Pastoral and Cohort support – through Executive Search and Early Careers you will have colleagues rooting for your success and learning events building your broader commercial, AI and technical skills.
  • Eligibility for the program
  • You must have full permanent authorisation to work in the UK (UK Citizenship or settled status.

Korn Ferry is unable to sponsor applicants for this role.

Visas and Work Permits with an expiry date are also ineligible for consideration.

  • Be on track to graduate with a 2:1 or better in 2026
  • A genuine passion for people, careers and the power of work to change lives, organisations and the future.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, analytical and creative to solve problems often with no blueprint.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point with the ability to learn new systems, including the adoption of AI as part of the tool kit.
