Spain launched last year and is now entering a major growth phase, with additional commercial and specialty lines being rolled out. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across the Spain workstream. This is a business-focused delivery role in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end insurance product launch initiatives in Spain
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across underwriting, claims, operations, finance and technology
  • Manage product development, operational readiness, testing and launch activity
  • Drive delivery across multiple commercial/specialty insurance lines
  • Work closely with European programme stakeholders and local market teams

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management experience within insurance
  • Experience delivering insurance product launches or product development initiatives
  • Background in specialty insurance or commercial lines
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Highly detail-oriented and delivery focused
