My client, a leading insurance organisation, seeks a Lead Business Analyst to support a major CRM and Contact Centre transformation programme. You'll lead BA activities across multiple workstreams, translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting Agile delivery teams.
Location: Hybrid, London-based contract role.
Key Requirements
- Experience within insurance or other financial regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading Business Analysis teams on technology transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, CRM platforms, Contact Centre solutions, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, and data mappings.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Agile delivery experience and the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Desirable Integration, API or data-focused project experience.
- Exposure to automation, AI-enabled services, or contact centre transformation initiatives.
