We are supporting a leading healthcare and insurance organisation seeking a Cyber Governance Analyst to support a post‑NIST assessment delivery programme. A formal NIST maturity assessment has already been completed, with defined maturity scores, target states, and a structured set of remediation actions across multiple business units. The organisation is now focused on executing and tracking delivery of these actions. The role will focus on governance support, remediation tracking, stakeholder coordination, evidence collection, and reporting across multiple business units. This is a delivery‑focused role supporting the operational execution of a large‑scale cyber governance and maturity improvement programme.

Essential Experience

  • Business Analysis, PMO, Governance, Risk, or Project Support experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
  • Experience maintaining trackers, action logs, and reporting packs
  • Excellent documentation and organisational skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities

Desirable Experience

  • Cybersecurity or Technology Risk exposure
  • NIST or ISO 27001 awareness
  • Experience supporting audit or control improvement programmes
