We’re looking for Senior Consultants with experience in Work & Career Architecture to support private-sector clients through job architecture, career framework, and work measurement engagements.
What you’ll do
- Deliver job architecture and career framework workstreams
- Analyse roles and work to design scalable job families and levels
- Facilitate client working sessions and workshops
- Support clients in applying career and work frameworks in practice
- Work closely with colleagues across Reward and Organisation Design
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Work & Career Architecture, job architecture, or career frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with HR and business stakeholders
- Consulting or equivalent in-house experience
