I am currently looking for an experienced Process Transformation Lead to join a major banking transformation programme.

The role will focus on driving enterprise-wide process transformation, optimisation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology and business teams to assess current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement and design and implement effective target-state processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process transformation and improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse and redesign complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for automation.
  • Develop current and future-state process maps, using BPM/BPMN where appropriate.
  • Define business rules, data requirements, process controls and dependencies .
  • Facilitate workshops and work with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Support target operating model design and transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish effective process governance and continuous improvement practices.
  • Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and demonstrate measurable benefits.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Process Lead, Process Transformation Lead, Process Excellence Lead, or Business Process Consultant.
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise-wide process transformation .
  • Previous experience within banking or financial services is essential.
  • Experience working within a major consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with

BPM/BPMN, process mapping, business rules and data requirements .

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Six Sigma / Lean Practitioner
  • CBPP or equivalent BPM qualification
  • Another recognised process improvement or operational excellence qualification
