Korn Ferry is expanding its UK&I Consulting team and is seeking Associate Principals to lead complex Work & Career Architecture and Total Reward engagements for private-sector clients. This is a senior delivery role for consultants who enjoy leading workstreams, advising senior stakeholders, and coaching teams, while remaining close to client delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Lead integrated W&CA and Total Reward workstreams
- Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders
- Ensure quality, rigour, and consistency of delivery
- Coach and develop consultants within project teams
- Partner with Principals on complex engagements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience across Work & Career Architecture and/or Total Reward
- Proven ability to lead complex consulting workstreams
- Confidence advising senior HR and business leaders
- A collaborative, delivery-led leadership style
