About the Role
The Associate Principal – Organisational Design plays a senior role in the design and delivery of organisation design and operating model engagements. You will lead significant OD workstreams, act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, and partner closely with Principals and Senior Principals on solution design and delivery strategy. This role represents a step up from Senior Consultant, with increased accountability for client leadership, workstream ownership, quality assurance, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Organisation Design Leadership
- Lead OD workstreams within large and complex transformation programmes.
- Shape organisational design approaches aligned to client strategy and context.
- Lead the development of operating models, organisational structures, governance, and role clarity.
- Ensure OD solutions are practical, evidence-based, and implementable.
- Client Advisory
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead OD-focused client meetings, workshops, and decision forums.
- Act as a senior advisor to leaders on organisational choices and trade-offs.
- Support Principals and Senior Principals in overall client relationship management.
