Job Description: Korn Ferry is seeking a full-time contractor Senior IT Support Engineer for our EMEA region, based at least three days per week in our London office. Responsibilities include: Providing remote and in-person technical support for PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. Logging calls and interactions into our ITSM system. High-level Active Directory account management. Troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues. Resolving network connection problems. Collaborating with support teams and maintaining communication with end-users. Training end-users on systems. Prioritizing tickets based on SLAs. Completing administrative and documentation tasks. Participating in the Shift-Left process. Communicating effectively at all organizational levels. Providing White Glove support for Senior Partners. Leading new joiner inductions in London or remotely for Manchester and Dublin. Traveling to support office moves and provide onsite support as needed. Supporting meeting rooms (VC and AV). Collaborating on projects, POCs, and UATs. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role with troubleshooting expertise. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11. Experience with cloud-based virtual machines. Familiarity with MFA/2FA solutions like Microsoft Authenticator. Experience with Cisco VPN or similar. Understanding of Active Directory, Entra, and Intune. Support experience for iOS and Android devices. Imaging and setup experience for laptops and MacBooks. Knowledge of anti-virus support, hardware troubleshooting, and MDM platforms. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Understanding of network infrastructure and protocols. Excellent communication skills. Professional, proactive, and organized work approach. Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA/KPI management. Experience in multicultural, global environments.
