Data Readiness & Governance Analyst / BA (x2), SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Contract | UK-based with some travel | Outside of IR35
A global pharmaceutical business is running a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and needs two hands-on Data Readiness and Governance Analysts or BAs. You'll help put its master data governance into practice and get its data ready for migration.
This role is about practical delivery, not theory. You'll work closely with business data owners and the programme data leads to get governance working day to day.
What you'll do
- Get a straightforward MDG process up and running: data ownership, standards, workflows and stewardship
- Profile, cleanse and track data readiness ahead of S/4HANA load cycles
- Run workshops with business data owners and help them adopt the new process
- Build and maintain data definitions, standards and the data catalogue
What you'll bring
- Hands‑on experience in data governance, data quality or master data on SAP programmes
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder skills
- Knowledge of SAP master data domains (Business Partner, Material, Finance)
- A practical attitude: comfortable making simple tools work well
- Pharma or regulated-industry experience is a real plus
