Kore Sandwell,a multi award-winning company operates and manages Sandwell Aquatic Centre. TheCentre is now looking to appoint a full time Leisure Attendant.
WHAT ARE WELOOKING FOR?
The role ofLeisure Attendant is a crucial position in the organisation requiring drive,enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail. With customer safety andexperience at the forefront of your mind, you will need to be flexible andorganised with a professional approach in supervising customers using thepools. You will play an important part in the day to day running of thefacility, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Applicants must hold RLSS [UK]National Pool Lifeguard Award or STA NARS Lifeguard award or equivalent andmust have an understanding of First Aid.

WHAT YOUWILL DO
In brief, youwill supervise customers using the swimming pools, handle customer enquiriesand complete appropriate records. As this is largely a customer facing role, itwould be beneficial if you have some experience in working with members of thepublic.
You will ensurea clean and safe environment is maintained at all times to ensure the health,safety and welfare of all customers. Working both on your own and with othermembers of our busy team, you will ensure that the building is prepared for alldaily activities.
