Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Geospatial Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers with technical queries related to Trimble Survey products, provide training, and create support guides.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions efficiently.
2. Maintain clear records of support interactions using the Happy Fox system.
3. Ensure accurate customer contact details in the Pipedrive CRM system.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve customer issues.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain technical skills through self-study and training.
6. Source and circulate technical materials via the KOREC Knowledge Base.
7. Contribute to user guides, training documents, and videos to improve customer understanding.
8. Perform hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshoot issues.
9. Assist in developing training materials and data.
10. Undertake additional duties as needed to support team success.
11. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations to protect staff and customers.

Qualifications

Experience or educational background in Site Engineering, Topographic Survey, GIS, or related fields.
