Our team is passionate about helping couples create timeless memories through beautifully curated photography sessions.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their vision, and helping them create unforgettable wedding memories, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Photo Consultant, you will play an important role in the post-photoshoot journey by assisting couples in selecting their favorite photos and recommending album designs and upgrades.
- Host photo selection sessions with clients after their photoshoot.
- Guide clients in selecting the best images for their wedding albums and photo products.
- Provide professional recommendations on photo layouts, album styles, and design concepts.
- Present and explain additional products and services such as album upgrades, additional prints, and wall art.
- Maximise sales opportunities through upselling of photo packages and add-ons.
- Ensure clients have a pleasant and memorable photo viewing experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams including designers, editors, and operations to ensure accuracy of selected photos and album details.
- Manage documentation including order forms, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks and studio operations when required.
Requirements
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, comfortable with a retail-style schedule with 6 days off per month.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Sales-driven with the ability to confidently close deals.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, proactive, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about weddings, photography, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow within the company.
