We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic assistant store manager to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their vision, and helping them create unforgettable wedding memories, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Store Manager in managing daily retail and studio operations while promoting a strong sales and service culture to achieve or exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Ensure the studio delivers a premium customer experience and maintains Korea Artiz Studio's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring the studio consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, operational management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards throughout the customer journey, from consultation to post-shoot service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of studio consultants and associates to build a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Monitor staff scheduling and payroll allocation to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring optimal service levels.
- Ensure all training programs and operational procedures are implemented effectively within the studio team.
- Analyze customer profiles, booking patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and service offerings.
- Monitor and support loss prevention practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper handling of studio assets and equipment.
- Oversee inventory management including studio products, merchandise, and operational supplies, ensuring accurate stock control and minimal shrinkage.
- Support the execution and coordination of incoming and outgoing merchandise, promotional materials, and studio resources.
- Identify product or service opportunities and communicate insights to the Store Manager to improve business performance.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and in-studio events in accordance with company guidelines and budget.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to support business initiatives.
- Support new studio openings, studio events, or operational changes when required.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and operational meetings as required by management.
- Ensure visual merchandising, studio presentation, and display areas meet Korea Artiz Studio's premium brand standards.
- Maintain the physical condition and cleanliness of the studio, coordinating maintenance or repair needs when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, safety standards, and workplace policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
Requirements
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, comfortable with a retail-style schedule with 6 days off per month.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Sales-driven with the ability to confidently close deals.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
