Our team is passionate about helping couples create timeless memories through beautifully curated photography sessions.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic gown consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their vision, and helping them create unforgettable wedding memories, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized gown consultation to clients, understanding their preferences, body type, and photoshoot themes to recommend suitable gown styles and accessories.
- Guide clients through gown selection, fitting sessions, and styling recommendations to ensure they feel confident and comfortable during their photoshoot.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the client journey, from initial consultation to final gown fitting.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective consultation and product knowledge.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of gown collections, designers, styles, fabrics, and current bridal or fashion trends to better advise clients.
- Ensure all gowns, accessories, and styling items are properly maintained, organized, and presented according to the studio’s visual standards.
- Assist with inventory management including gown tracking, fittings schedule, and coordination for cleaning or alterations when required.
- Assist clients with gown fittings, adjustments, and styling details to ensure the best possible visual outcome for their photoshoot.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gown gallery and fitting areas.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and positive referrals.
- Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, comfortable with a retail-style schedule with 6 days off per month.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Sales-driven with the ability to confidently close deals.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, proactive, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about weddings, photography, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
