The Role of the Territory Sales Manager
· Selling low volume high value Xray capital equipment - Fixed and Mobile.
· Often complete room installs.
· This is proactively developing leads through networking for opportunities with decision makers in hospitals.
· Mostly NHS but also do some work in private hospitals,
· Will also have the support of the sales manager, 3 x clinical application specialists, 2 x product managers, 3 x TMs and leads from the wider group
· One patch is covering the North ideally based M62 Corridor down as far as Sheffield and up to the borders. The other is South West, Wales and part of the Midlands

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager
· Ideally experience of selling medical capital equipment
· Will also consider candidates from any other medical sales backgrounds willing to make the transition to a longer sales cycle
· You will need to be a strong team player.
· The ability to self-motivate and have that hunger to win.
· Looking for people that are curious, wanting to learn and not scared of asking questions.
· Lots of energy and a can-do attitude.
· An understanding of surgical procedures is ideal.
· A science related degree would be a huge advantage (Bio science degree would be a big advantage).
· Au fait with NHS buying cycles and NHS procurement.
