The Role of the Medical Support TechnicianServicing value medical grade automated dispensing systems .Most NHS but also do some work in private hospitalsWorking hours Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm (40hours per week)Y ou will provide field service support for Planned Preventive Maintenance, equipment repairs and unscheduled call outsEnsure that equipment downtime is minimal and that your PPM plans are continually monitored and actioned in a safe, timely mannerConduct installations, to ensure that any work undertaken complies with the relevant manufacturers quality proceduresAssist engineering colleagues as the second person on installation projects, modality installations, PPM activities and service call-outsProvide service reports and all relevant supporting documentation for traceability, further processing, and invoicingAccess spare part codes and service manuals to ensure product service/repair is in line with Manufacturers guidelinesUse Field Mobile App device/laptop to accurately record all work carried outKeep accurate account of allocated stock & complete checks as requiredPromote the highest standard of Service to ensure complete customer satisfactionAny other activities as determined to meet with the dynamic needs of the businessMost work will be in and around the Greater London region but there will be times where you will to go out further afield to help with work loadsBenefits of the Medical Support Technician£ 30k basic£ 2k bonusLunch allowance.

The Ideal Person for the Medical Support TechnicianHave good diagnostic electromechanical fault-finding skills. Be customer focused with a courteous and professional manner.
Have the ability to prioritise your workload, work to deadlines and deal with work pressures.
