Our Mission Kord provides the trust, compliance, and payment infrastructure that powers regulated industries. Through intelligent data orchestration, identity verification, compliance automation, payment processing, safeguarding, and cryptographic proof, we help businesses move faster while maintaining the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance. Our goal is simple: make complex transactions feel effortless.

Our Story Founded in 2019, Kord has evolved from an onboarding platform into a comprehensive trust infrastructure provider serving regulated professional services firms—including conveyancing solicitors and litigation practices—across the legal, property, and financial services sectors. Venture‑backed and supported by a network of experienced entrepreneurs, Kord operates FCA‑authorised payment and credit‑data businesses and powers critical workflows for businesses across the UK and beyond. Today, Kord sits at the intersection of compliance, payments, identity, and trust—helping organisations onboard customers, move money, manage risk, and prove compliance through a single platform.

Why Join Kord

  • Build the Future of Trust Infrastructure – Join a company redefining how regulated businesses manage identity, compliance, payments, and financial trust.
  • Strategic Impact – Own how Kord goes to market. You'll work directly with the CEO and commercial leadership to define our positioning, build our demand engine, and turn a strong product into a category‑defining brand.
  • Ownership & Growth – We believe great companies are built by people who take ownership. This is a build‑it‑from‑the‑ground‑up role with real scope to shape the marketing function, influence major decisions, and grow as the business grows.
  • Flexible & Inclusive Culture – We foster a culture where ambitious people can do their best work. We offer flexible working arrangements, employee share options, and an environment where diverse perspectives are encouraged and valued.

About the Role: Senior B2B Marketing Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own Kord's marketing strategy end to end and transform how we generate B2B demand. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who can both set the strategy and execute it—building a repeatable demand generation engine, sharpening our positioning for regulated professional‑services buyers, and making marketing a measurable driver of pipeline and revenue. You'll be the person who owns marketing at Kord: defining the plan, building the function, and proving the commercial impact of everything we do.

What You'll Do

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline – Build and own a repeatable, multi‑channel demand generation engine that materially grows qualified B2B pipeline. Plan and run paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn), SEO, email, and content programmes against clear pipeline targets. Design and execute account‑based marketing for considered, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles into regulated firms. Own the numbers—CAC, pipeline contribution, conversion, and attribution—and report them to leadership.
  • Positioning & Messaging – Translate complex, technical, and regulated propositions into clear, compelling value for buyers. Develop and own Kord's positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products and audiences. Build sales narratives and thought leadership that establish Kord's authority in trust and compliance infrastructure.
  • Marketing Operations & Channels – Own the marketing technology stack and operating rhythm (HubSpot CRM and automation, analytics, paid platforms, email and web). Build the reporting and measurement infrastructure that makes marketing's impact visible and accountable. Drive efficiency and experimentation across channels to compound results over time.
  • Sales Alignment – Partner closely with sales and commercial leadership to align marketing output with revenue goals. Build sales enablement assets and feedback loops that improve conversion through the funnel. Help shape the end‑to‑market motion alongside the leadership team.

Who You Are

  • A commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—a player‑coach, not just a planner.
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and delivery in a high‑growth, resource‑conscious environment.
  • Energised by building a function from the ground up rather than inheriting one.
  • Analytical and accountable—you think in pipeline, conversion, and return, not just activity.
  • Confident translating complex or regulated propositions into clear, persuasive messaging.

Requirements

  • Essential
    • Proven B2B marketing experience, with a track record of building demand generation that drove measurable pipeline and revenue.
    • Strong commercial and analytical orientation—comfortable owning targets, metrics, and attribution.
    • Hands‑on capability across marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot), paid acquisition, SEO, email, and content.
    • Excellent positioning and messaging skills, ideally for technical, considered, or complex products.
    • Ability to operate independently and set direction in a fast‑moving, scaling business.
  • Highly Desirable
    • Experience marketing to legal, property, financial services, or other regulated professional buyers.
    • Experience in early‑stage or scale‑up businesses where you built the marketing function.
    • Account‑based marketing experience for multi‑stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
    • A strong content and thought‑leadership track record.
    • Familiarity with compliance‑sensitive marketing and financial promotions requirements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Build and own Kord's full‑funnel marketing strategy and operating rhythm.
  • Establish a repeatable demand generation engine that materially grows qualified B2B pipeline.
  • Sharpen Kord's positioning and messaging for regulated professional‑services buyers.
  • Stand up measurement and attribution so marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue is clear.
  • Partner with sales and commercial leadership to convert pipeline efficiently.
  • Strengthen Kord's brand and category presence across key channels.
