Ensure the development of commercial activity by delivering high‑value intralogistics solutions, contributing to excellent customer experience, strengthening the existing customer portfolio, and identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. The role requires strong technical‑commercial capability, particularly in pallet‑based and/or tote‑based automation solutions, the ability to interpret and guide basic data analysis for solution definition, and close collaboration with solution designers and regional specialists.
The Sales Manager will lead customer engagement end‑to‑end, present accurate and competitive technical‑commercial proposals, and safeguard the company’s commercial, technical and financial interests. Your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Own and develop customer relationships through direct visits and continuous engagement before, during and after project execution, leading negotiations and resolving issues to ensure long‑term trust and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and monitor market evolution and trends, to identify sales opportunities and develop proactive and/or reactive mechanisms that allow analysis of competitive positioning and customer segmentation.
- Identify, qualify and develop opportunities ensuring the proposed solution is aligned to the customer’s operational and data profile.
- Revision of the proposals ensuring that they are in accordance with the needs of the customers, according to the specifications received and in line with the commercial guidelines in articulation with the CSO.
- Present the proposals developed with various customers, namely presentation and explanation of the technical solutions developed and the main advantages of them.
- Perform the follow‑up, negotiation and monitoring of commercial proposals with potential customers.
- Adapt the proposals developed in order to respond more fully to the needs and specificities of the customers in articulation with the System Designers.
- Manage the customer’s order book under their responsibility, following the processes and deadlines, to anticipate unplanned situations and the satisfaction and loyalty of its customers.
- Perform the internal monitoring of the projects in execution related to its portfolio of customers, articulating in a continuous way with the operational areas of the company in particular with the Project Management.
- Present and develop proposals for additional works, in articulation with the Project Management.
- Validate the insertion in the CRM system of the activity data according to the commercial process in force, in order to systematize the information and allow the analysis and monitoring of the Company's business KPI’s.
- Identify and actively seek new customers and new business opportunities, manage and leverage existing customers and businesses to achieve previously defined goals.
- Promote the follow‑up of the risk management process associated with the proposals, together with the Risk Area.
- Support the Financial Area, in particular, provide support in the process of obtaining.
