Overview

Kopek is looking for a motivated and proactive hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a key frontline supervision role, overseeing and supporting our dedicated Security Officers and Dog Handlers, while providing a professional response service for alarm callouts and mobile patrols.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor scheduling to ensure contracts and client expectations are met
  • Provide leadership and support for operational staff
  • Respond to incidents, escalations, and emergency call-outs quickly and effectively
  • Champion our Code of Conduct by modelling professionalism and high standards
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, ensuring excellent service delivery

What we’re looking for / Qualifications

  • Valid SIA license DS/CP
  • Full manual UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and drive team performance

We operate a 4 on 4 off days and nights rota paying £14 per hour plus private health care and death in service.
