A role with Kooth is an exciting chance to join a fast growing business with a social purpose. Our mission is to provide welcoming and effective digital mental health support across the UK. Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK’s largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10-25.
Role Objective
The L&D Coordinator plays a key role across both our UK and US workforce, in enabling Kooth’s learning and development approach by coordinating delivery, maintaining learning platforms and resources, and ensuring employees can easily access clear, relevant and engaging development support. The role supports the operational delivery of core learning initiatives, including compliance training, company wide Induction, manager guidance and organisation-wide learning events.
Main responsibilities:
- Learning Programme Coordination and Support - Coordinate and monitor compliance training for UK and US employees, ensuring content is current and completion requirements are met. Support the delivery of manager development initiatives, coordinating logistics, resources and learner communications. Coordinate the administrative and logistical aspects of the Company-wide Induction Programme, supporting a seamless experience for new joiners and helping keep content aligned with business objectives. Support organisation-wide learning activity, including employee briefings and recorded learning events. Partner with People Partners as a key point of contact, offering guidance and insight on available learning opportunities. Promote learning opportunities across the organisation to support engagement, capability-building and a culture of continuous development. Produce and maintain quality learning resources (slides, guides, toolkits, recordings and eLearning) to support both managers and all team members. Gather and analyse feedback from learners and stakeholders to support the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning programmes.
- Learning Management Platform (Litmos) Expertise & Administration - Act as the expert user and administrator of Litmos, ensuring the platform is well-structured, accessible and aligned to learning priorities. Create, curate and maintain learning playlists and learning paths to support development needs. Manage user access, role-based learning pathways and course assignments. Support People Partners and other stakeholders with reporting, content uploads and platform use. Maintain a strong relationship with the Litmos account manager, staying informed of system enhancements and optimisation opportunities. Analyse platform usage and completion data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Internal Communications and Intranet Content - Support with writing and curating weekly internal round-up, including people and learning features. Maintain and update people, manager and learning content on the intranet, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date. Support the intranet as a central hub for manager guidance and people processes. Collaborate with the People team to publish guidance, resources and updates that support manager confidence and consistency. Support continuous improvement of the intranet structure and usability, recommending enhancements to improve the employee experience. Monitor and analyse employee engagement with internal communications and intranet content to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement - Analyse data from learning activity, Litmos usage, compliance completion and engagement with learning communications. Work alongside People Partners to identify workforce trends and capability gaps, supporting the design and delivery of targeted training initiatives. Produce regular insights to support evaluation of learning effectiveness and inform future priorities. Support the People team by providing data to track progress against L&D measures.
