Join our Service Delivery Management Team as a Service Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the leadership and management of our Kooth and Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Role Objective:

  • Responsible for overseeing the leadership and management of Kooth, Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Split of the role:

  • Management and Leadership - 60%
  • Business and Service Developments - 20%
  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights - 10%
  • Cross Functional Collaboration - 10%

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for services supporting emotional health, wellbeing, and mental health in adult and/or children's services.
  • Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive service change, navigate and lead through periods of change and growth, providing stability, motivation, and direction during transformation.
