Join our Service Delivery Management Team as a Service Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the leadership and management of our Kooth and Qwell services to ensure high quality, effective services delivered within the contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for services supporting emotional health, wellbeing, and mental health in adult and/or children's services.
- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive service change, navigate and lead through periods of change and growth, providing stability, motivation, and direction during transformation.
