Description: As a Holiday Club Supervisor, you will assist and learn how to manage the day-to-day operations of a holiday club, actively take part in and deliver programmed activities to children aged 4–13, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment that meets KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with and learn how to manage day-to-day operations of a holiday club.
  • Actively engage children aged 4‑13 in programmed activities, fostering participation and fun.
  • Ensure all activities meet KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the organisation and delivery of activities, managing safety and behaviour of children in your allocated group.
  • Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care.
  • Encourage children to explore, grow, and have fun.
  • Deliver activities according to the programme, following all safety points.
  • Receive full training (paediatric first aid, safeguarding, behaviour management, etc.).
