KOOSA Kids is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and support clubs across your region, coaching teams, auditing quality and ensuring OFSTED standards are met.
The role is hands-on, with time spent in clubs coaching, supporting and developing staff while driving engagement and maintaining a safe, fun environment for children.
You will work closely with HR and the Training and Development Manager to ensure people processes are followed, induct new staff, and deliver development programmes.
