KOOSA Kids have been running Ofsted registered holiday clubs for 20 years. Our ethos is to offer high quality, affordable holiday club childcare for hardworking parents whilst ensuring their children have as much FUN as possible during the school holidays.
We are now recruiting for Qualified Holiday Club Supervisors to join our holiday club in Liphook & Shottermill. As Qualified Holiday Supervisor, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day operation and running of an allocated holiday club. You will manage and direct a small team of Activity Coaches to ensure the safe and organised running of the club at all times.
We are looking for new team members with ongoing availability during the school holidays, starting with the summer holidays (21st July to 29th August). Ongoing school holidays include October Half Term, Christmas Holidays, February Half Term, the Easter Holidays and May Half Term.The role:
- Maintain overall responsibility for the day to day operation and running of an allocated holiday club
- Manage & direct a small team
- Actively and enthusiastically take part in & deliver programmed activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible
- You will develop a sound understanding of KOOSA Kids programme of activities, as well as a thorough understanding of how KOOSA Kids have implemented the EYFS
- Adhere to Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids policies at all times
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the club
- Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards
- Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
- Previous experience in a playwork / childcare setting and a level 2 or 3 NVQ in Playwork / Childcare, Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent essential
- Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
- Full training provided
