Job type: Part Time, Term Time Only
Hours: Monday – Friday 3.00pm – 6.00pm
Salary: Up to £12.25 per hour
Overview
KOOSA Kids are the leading provider of before, after school and holiday club childcare. We are fully Ofsted registered and passionate about delivering high quality childcare and playwork. We are recruiting for After School Club Childcare Playwork Assistants at our new club at Southfield Primary School in Chiswick opening after the Summer Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist the After School Club Manager in the safe and organised running of the club.
- Help set up, organise and deliver a range of activities daily.
- Assist in the preparation, serving and tidying away of snack time.
- Maintain sensitivity for children with additional needs.
- Develop strong relationships with all children ensuring fun.
- Understand relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids policies including safeguarding.
- Ensure all activity areas are left clean at end of each day.
Skills & Experience
- Passion / interest in childcare, early years or playwork.
- Fun and energetic nature.
- Reliable and able to effectively communicate with colleagues and children.
- Experience with children aged 4-11.
- Full training and inductions provided.
Requirements
Full training and inductions will be provided to all After School Club Assistants. Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
