Job Description: KOOSA Kids are the leading provider of before, after school and holiday club childcare. We are looking for an experienced part‑time, term‑time Breakfast Club Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure high quality childcare for children aged 4‑11.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the breakfast club.
- Supervise and direct breakfast club assistants.
- Ensure all activities meet KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
- Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care.
- Enable children to explore, grow and have fun.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in childcare, early years or playwork.
- A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Experience working in a primary school, pre‑school or nursery (e.g. Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator, Nursery Manager).
- Full training provided; opportunities for further qualifications and development.
