Hours

Monday to Friday from 7.30 – 8.35am, term-time only

Responsibilities

  • Actively and enthusiastically assist the Breakfast Club Manager in the safe and organised running of the Breakfast Club at Bishop Perrin Primary School in Twickenham (TW2)
  • Assist in the preparation, serving and tidying away of the children\’s breakfasts
  • Have awareness of, and maintain sensitivity for, any children with additional needs (Physical, Behaviour, Dietary)
  • Actively develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding
  • Ensure all activity areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
  • Would suit somebody with experience of working in a Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery, e.g. a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Assistant, or someone looking to move into the childcare industry

Skills & Experience

  • You will have a passion / interest in working within a childcare, early years or playwork setting
  • Be inspirational, bringing fun and creativeness to the team
  • Have a fun and energetic nature
  • Be reliable and passionate over everything else
  • Be able to relate and engage with children aged between 4 – 11 years
  • Be a people person with fantastic communication skills
  • Have the ability to be cleared for an enhanced DBS check

  • Full training and inductions will be provided to all Breakfast Club Assistants
