Our ethos is to offer high quality, affordable holiday club childcare for hardworking parents whilst ensuring the children have as much FUN as possible during the school holidays. KOOSA Kids are RECRUITING NOW for our Holiday Club Fast Track Manager Programme at our venues in Isleworth & Richmond. Join us for upcoming holiday periods, including: May Half Term (26th May – 29th May), Summer Holidays (22nd July – 28th August) plus ongoing opportunities across October Half Term, Christmas, February Half Term, and Easter.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and learn how to manage day to day operations of a holiday club
- Actively and enthusiastically take part in & deliver programmed activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible
- Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards
- Directed by the Holiday Club Supervisor, maintain overall responsibility for, or assist in, the organisation and delivery of activities and manage the overall safety and behaviour of the children in your allocated group
- Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
- Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
- Ensure activities are delivered according to the programme set out, following all recommended safety points
