Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor
- Handle a multitude of different customer inquiries both over the telephone and face to face at the trade desk.
- Sales enquiries, processing quotations, planning deliveries, answering product related questions, up selling and helping customers solve problems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Work as part of a branch team and help in the warehouse, including picking orders, receiving supplier deliveries and operating the fork-lift truck.
Are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a busy environment in a team with a varied range of tasks.
It is expected that this person is proficient in the use of MS Office (Word).
