Reporting to: Branch Manager

Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor
- Handle a multitude of different customer inquiries both over the telephone and face to face at the trade desk. These could be sales enquiries, processing quotations, planning deliveries, answering product related questions, up selling and helping customers solve problems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Work as part of a branch team and help in the warehouse, which could include picking orders, receiving supplier deliveries and operating the fork-lift truck.
- Be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a busy environment with a varied range of tasks.
It is expected that this person is proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel) and has experience of using ERP systems.
