Be part of something meaningful. At Koobr, we believe in marketing that matters. We’re a full-service agency that partners with ambitious, B2B and B2C brands across multiple sectors to deliver work that builds trust, drives results and makes a real impact.

We’re looking for someone who sits confidently between digital marketing delivery and account ownership. This role could suit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive ready to take on more client responsibility, or an Account Manager with a strong digital skillset, who enjoys being hands-on.

If you’re a confident communicator, commercially aware, and like seeing work through from plan to results, this could be a great next step.

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team working across strategy, content, digital and design. Your role will be varied, hands-on and focused on keeping client work moving and delivering impact. Your day-to-day will include a mix of largely digital marketing delivery and account ownership, such as:

  • Owning and progressing day-to-day activity across assigned client accounts
  • Turning agreed strategy into clear plans, actions and next steps
  • Delivering and supporting marketing activity across largely digital channels including email, SEO, paid media, social and content
  • Reviewing performance data, spotting what’s working, what’s not, and feeding insight back into plans
  • Managing smaller or more digitally-focused accounts with support from Koobr leadership and the wider team
  • Advising clients and colleagues on digital tactics based on performance and platform knowledge
  • Briefing internal teams and external partners clearly and confidently
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings, helping guide discussions and outcomes
  • Taking ownership when work stalls and helping to proactively move it forward
  • Accurately tracking your time and working within agreed scope

What we’re looking for

We’re not just hiring for skills. We’re hiring for attitude and ownership. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Are confident working directly with clients and internal teams
  • Have hands-on experience with channels such as SEO, email marketing, paid media or social
  • Are confident using tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush and Mailchimp
  • Are comfortable analysing performance and talking about results
  • Take responsibility for your work and see tasks through to completion
  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others

Bonus points if you have

  • Worked in an agency or service-led marketing environment
  • Experience briefing and managing outsourced support
  • Confidence creating and reviewing content for digital channels
  • Experience with image / video creation and editing

Why Koobr?

We’re a team of strategists, creatives and digital specialists who believe in clarity, ownership and meaningful outcomes. At Koobr, you’ll find:

  • A supportive, collaborative team that values your ideas
  • Clear role expectations and room to grow
  • A culture built on trust, accountability and continuous improvement
  • The chance to work on varied, interesting client projects

Perks and benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus extra days for long service
  • Option for early finish Fridays (3pm)
  • Team socials
  • Ongoing support, training and development
