We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s confident, collaborative, and passionate about helping clients succeed. If you’re a natural relationship-builder with a strategic mindset, strong organisational skills, and a love for creative marketing, this could be your next big move.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team working across strategy, content, digital, and design. Your role will be varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts across a range of sectors
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic input
- Leading client meetings, presenting ideas, and reporting on performance against agreed KPIs
- Briefing internal teams and managing project timelines and budgets
- Writing and reviewing high-quality content with a strong sense of tone, storytelling, and clarity
- Collaborating with creatives and digital specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts by anticipating client needs and offering strategic solutions
- Supporting new business activity through research, proposals, and pitches
- Staying up to date with industry trends and client sectors
- Contributing to Koobr’s own marketing and thought leadership
What we’re looking for
- Have 3+ years of experience in a marketing, digital, or agency account management role
- Are a confident communicator who can build rapport and trust with clients
- Have strong content writing skills with a flair for tone, storytelling, and clarity
- Understand how to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Can think strategically and creatively to solve problems and deliver value
- Are organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Enjoy working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Are commercially aware and able to spot opportunities for growth
- Are results-driven and comfortable working towards KPIs
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference
Bonus points if you have
- Experience working in a creative or digital agency
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g. SEO, PPC, email, social media)
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
- Confidence in presenting and pitching ideas
