As an Engagement Manager with Konversational, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions in partnership with our customers, and for creating top-class experiences for both our customers and our awesome technical teams.

You’ll be doing things like:

  • Lead consulting and project engagements throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, successfully delivering the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of the project delivery team.
  • Prepare client facing and internal deliverables.
  • Provide expert process leadership in workshops designing and planning business and ITIL processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • Excellent track record in leading strategic projects.
  • Formal ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience in managing client engagements through pre-sales, sales, delivery and expansion.
  • Expert project management skills.
  • An ability to manage the financial, resourcing, planning, risk and quality aspects required to deliver a successful client technology programme
  • Experience working in Consulting environment.
  • Expert presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral, virtual and face-to-face.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets.
  • Ability to foster team collaboration and delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Mentor mindset.
