Sylvera is seeking a paralegal on a 6-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Head of Legal in Greater London. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and NDAs, build templates with AI tools, and support procurement, vendor contracting, and regulatory reviews.
You have in-house contracts experience and can read contracts against playbooks, maintaining trackers across multiple workstreams and explaining legal processes to non-lawyers. Experience with Claude is preferred.
