You will lead a four-person BDR team in London while remaining hands-on with your own outbound pipeline, owning the top of the UK and EMEA funnel across CUBE's three product lines, RegPlatform, Oden and Intel. You will coach and develop BDRs through structured 1:1s and performance reviews, partner with marketing to qualify inbound leads, and collaborate with Account Executives on clean opportunity handoffs. You will feed market intelligence back to the CMO and Head of Growth Marketing to sharpen targeting, and contribute to hiring as the team scales.

CUBE achieved over 50% growth in 2024, both organically and through two strategic acquisitions.

Why consider this role

  • You will own the full UK and EMEA top-of-funnel for three distinct product lines, RegPlatform, Oden and Intel, giving you breadth across enterprise, insurance and mid-market segments rather than a single narrow offering.
  • You will step into a player-manager position at a team of four with explicit headcount growth ahead, meaning you shape future hiring and onboarding rather than inheriting a static structure.
  • You will work directly with the CMO and Head of Growth Marketing, with a mandate to feed prospect intelligence back into campaign targeting; your frontline insight carries weight at the marketing leadership table.
  • The band is not in the posting, which most companies still do not publish; CUBE's 50% growth in 2024 through organic expansion and two acquisitions signals momentum that typically translates to quota attainment and earning potential.
  • You will join a 700-person global RegTech with a 'make it happen' culture that explicitly positions development as key to success, in a sector, regulatory compliance, where economic downturns typically increase demand rather than reduce it.

Is this you?

You have spent at least two years as a BDR, SDR or inside seller in B2B SaaS, RegTech or financial services technology, with proven outbound prospecting ability across cold outreach, email sequencing and multi-threading into enterprise and mid-market accounts. You have formally managed or mentored others, or you are a senior BDR with a demonstrable top-performer record ready to step up. You stay organised when balancing personal activity targets with team leadership responsibilities, and you coach through structured conversation rather than directive instruction.
