Qualifications

  • Qualified Master Technician certification.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Master or Diagnostic Technician (Ford, Nissan, or Mazda).
  • Experience mentoring apprentices (preferred).
  • EV Qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and test vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards.
  • Perform electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and Comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks (VHC).
  • Carry out OEM & RMI-standard maintenance and repairs efficiently.
  • Source necessary parts and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain accurate service records in line with industry regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Provide mentorship and support to apprentices.
