Qualifications:
- Qualified Master Technician certification.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Master or Diagnostic Technician (Ford, Nissan, or Mazda).
- Experience mentoring apprentices (preferred).
- EV Qualification or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and test vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Perform electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and Comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks (VHC).
- Carry out OEM & RMI-standard maintenance and repairs efficiently.
- Source necessary parts and ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate service records in line with industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Provide mentorship and support to apprentices.
