What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing talent to closing deals with clients.
- Building relationships with construction contractors across Europe.
- Generating leads and vacancies through client development.
- Using LinkedIn and sales tools to build your brand and pipeline.
- Managing negotiations, offers, and placements — you control the deal.
