Expectations:
  • Experience in a client-facing commercial broking role (minimum 5 years)
  • CII Qualifications desired
  • Active participant through each stage of the client life-cycle
  • Confident in retaining clients and nurturing relationships
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm in trying new methods of lead generation
  • Thrive in self-managing own workload
  • Technically proficient in Office365
  • Open and transparent way of working
