KonnectR is running a retained search for a venture-backed European group. The business buys established industrial companies and helps them scale. It’s growing fast, with a strong acquisition pipeline.
This is the first legal operations hire. You’ll build how legal and compliance runs, then take it into each company the group acquires. Every new company should join faster than the last.
What you’ll do
- Automate due diligence, compliance screening and contract review, with a human in the loop
- Embed in acquired companies, close the gaps and bring them onto the group’s way of working
- Turn broad goals into projects with owners, milestones and real adoption
- Review routine NDAs and contracts against playbooks, and know when to call a lawyer
You’ll fit if
- You’ve built and shipped legal tech or automation yourself
- You’ve worked on M&A, due diligence or integration, ideally across borders
- You act on half the information and know when to escalatemight?
- You’re happy on the road across Europe
Not from in-house legal?
Good. Strong fits could come from law firm LPM and legal ops, Big 4 legal managed services, PE portfolio operations or legal tech delivery. If you’ve automated a workflow and got people to use it, talk to us.
The detail
- Amsterdam or Munich. London works if you speak another European language.
- Permanent, full time
- Remote to start, then 2-3 office days a week
