Our client is looking for a trainee site manager to join their construction team in early spring. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with great progression opportunities within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of busy residential building sites.
- Monitor subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to required standards.
- Assist with quality checks, site inspections, and health & safety compliance.
- Help coordinate materials, logistics, and site documentation.
- Learn and apply construction processes, building regulations, and company procedures.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality homes and excellent customer satisfaction.
Must haves:
- Previous on site experience would be preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
