We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a residential development from day-to-day operations through to completion. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable running a tidy, efficient site, coordinating trades, and keeping things moving safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations on a residential project
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and materials
- Ensure works are completed to programme, budget, and quality standards
- Maintain site safety, compliance, and documentation
- Be a practical point of contact on site, leading by example
What we are looking for / Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential builds
- Telehandler ticket (current) OR previous telehandler operating experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team of trades
- Solid understanding of site safety and construction sequencing
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
