We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with valid BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance for a public sector construction project based near Reading.
Key Requirements:
- Active BPSS clearance (essential – proof required)
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on other public sector projects.
- SMSTS, First aid and CSCS
- Strong knowledge of H&S compliance and site documentation
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and trades on site

- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting
