We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to run a large residential development in Oxford for a leading national housebuilder. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong residential background who takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining excellent site standards, and leading teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of a large, multi-unit residential development
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard
- Managing subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
- Maintaining excellent health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Liaising with senior management, NHBC, and other stakeholders
- Driving site performance and promoting a positive site culture
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential developments
- Strong background with volume housebuilders
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
