I am recruiting for a family owned and run construction company in Portsmouth, they are looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • PA to Senior Management
  • Event planning - corporate events, meetings and special events.
  • Deal with front of house - meet & greet in a professional manner.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Raising Purchase Orders for materials
  • Quality, H&S and accreditation compliance
  • Manage the holiday schedule

Requirements:

  • Confident multi-tasker
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: up to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. School hours could be considered and pay would be pro-rata.
