Overview
I am recruiting for Contract Managers to join a client of mine based in Portsmouth. They are a privately owned regional contractor with projects that vary in value up to £5m. This company has a great reputation and pipeline of work.
Qualifications
- HNC or Degree in Construction Management
- Experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time
- Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Background working for a main contractor and a proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Operations Manager
- This is a roaming role; you will be covering 2-3 projects at once
- Oversee work from the start through to completion
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
