Konnect are looking for a part time site administrator for a residential developer near Guildford. This is an office/site based role - the ideal candidate will be expected to work 3 days a week (hours are flexible).
Key Responsibilities
- Managing project documents - drawings, specifications, reports etc.
- To be able to manage and use company software to monitor plot progress; training will be provided for each bit of software.
- Download weekly site data and keep relevant people up to date.
- Maintain regular communication with subcontractors and site teams.
- Prepare reports and document logs for client review.
- Update site teams on plot progress.
